By accessing or using Lovimuse, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the platform. Lovimuse reserves the right to modify these terms at any time with notice provided through the platform.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Lovimuse. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. Lovimuse is an age-restricted platform and all users must verify their age upon registration.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Each account is for single-user use only.
You agree not to use Lovimuse for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the platform. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service, reverse engineer the AI models, or redistribute generated content commercially without permission.
Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) depending on your chosen plan. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase for paid plans. Token packs are non-refundable once used.
Content generated through Lovimuse, including companion images and conversations, is provided for your personal use. You retain rights to your input content. Lovimuse retains rights to the underlying AI models, platform design, and technology. You may not use generated content for illegal purposes.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in prohibited activities. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Data associated with terminated accounts is deleted within 30 days.
Lovimuse is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.
